THE USING OF QUARTZ RECYCLED MATERIAL FOR THE THERMAL PROTECTION COATING PRODUCTION

Abstract
The composition of the thermal protection coating having the high thermal insulating properties and prolonged fire resistance was developed in the article on base of liquid glass, borosilicate glass micro-spheres and with the addition of the refractory quartz recycled material. The results of the X-Ray and of the energydispersive micro-analysis obtained for the recycled quartz material are given. The investigating results are also presented for the heat conductivity and fire-resistance of the developed thermal protection metal coating.
