THE INFLUENCE OF THE KAOLIN HEAT TREATMENT ON IT'S PROPERTIES

Abstract
The influence of the kaolin heat treatment conditions on its properties is regarded in the article. The heattreated samples were investigated by means of the X-ray diffraction analysis, of the infra-red spectroscopy and of the gel densitometry. It was established that the most active metakaolin (the activity of the addition is 360,5 milligram per gram) forms at both the temperature of 850 °С and of theisometric exposure of 30 minutes.
