Abstract
The inorganic moisture-protective coating with elevated thermal stability and good physical and mechanical properties was developed at the A. G. Romashin's JSC «Obninsk Research and Development Enterprise «Tekhmologia» on base of the quartz slurry with the alumina-chrome-phosphate binder. The coating technology was perfected using the composite materials samples and articles. The coating heat resistance was investigated, it was shown that the coating was thermally stable at the temperature over 1200 °C. Through the example of coated samples and experimental models the considerable decreasing of porosity and moisture absorption of the composite material was achieved, the dielectric properties being retaining.
