Abstract

The investigating results are given in the article on the zirconium nitride powder deriving out of the components in the course of burning in the laboratory reactor. Both optimal mixture composition and initial nitrogen pressure for the zirconium nitride synthesis were defined. The prototype zirconium nitride powder samples were produced with the primary content up to 99,5 % were produced. Ill. 4. Ref. 2. Tab. 2.
