Abstract

The  possibility of  recycling materials  using for partitions manufacturing of the continuous casting machines' intermediate ladles is regarded in the article. It is established that when  using the recycled mullite silica  aggregate in the concrete for the partitions manufacturing it is necessary to carry out the heating in three stages. The partitions heating at the operating shop tales place in the oxidizing atmosphere, thus the graphite burning up can occur. This can lead  to the partition's slag resistance decreasing in course of the service life in the intermediate CCM's ladle. Ill. 3. Ref. 9. Tab. 3.
