Abstract

The membrane contained 92 molar percent ZrO2‒Y2O3 manufactured out of nano-sized precursor powder was used in the high-temperature fuel cell, which allowed the working temperature reducing to 973 K providing the maintaining of high electrical and chemical characteristics, such as membrane resistance, open circuit potential, and the fuel cell's electrical current intensity.
