Abstract

The investigating results obtained for the various graphite materials influence on the periclaseand corundumcarbonaceous refractories chemical properties are given for several graphite materials: GE-1 and GE-2 (Russian Federation), Falke 94100 and Falke 9280 (Brazil), +592 (China), +595 (Madagascar), and FLS 897(Norway). It is shown that the kind of graphite influence both the batch properties just at the preparation stage and the brick's physical and chemical properties.
