Abstract

Itis  reportedin  thearticleabouttheappearingof new   advanced  hard-alloy  composite  materials  on baseofwhich  itis  possibletomanufacturecutters and  drillsofvarious shapeforhard-to-cutrefractory bricksprocessing.Thiscompositematerialsurpasses in  wear  resistance  and   in  cutting  properties  all presentmaterials and  can  substitutethebesthard alloys  inthetools which  areusedtocutcorundum- graphite,   periclase   and     other   refractories,   as well  as  thegraphiteof  variouskinds,the  silified graphiteincluding.Thenew  brandefficientdiamond polishingtoolsare  developed,which  arebasedon thelatestadvancesin  diamondmicrogridpowders' synthesizing.These polishingtoolsareusedtogrind withhighproductivitythebigrefractoryblocks.Ill.6.
