Abstract

The paper presents the results of a study of the phase composition features of the aluminophosphate binder (API), in fireclay aerated concrete. It was established that during the hardening process the phosphate binder interacts with the concrete filler, forming aluminophosphates of complex composition. Silicon and chromium cations are incorporated into the crystal lattice. The structure of fireclay aerated concrete on an API has been studied. It was established that the structure of aluminophosphates of complex composition is homogeneous masses of particles in the form of plates. It was shown that as it is heated to the application temperature of 1500 °C, the structure of aerated concrete does not change significantly. Ill. 3. ref. 18.
