Modern strategies for the development of enterprises in the refractory industry

Abstract
In the context of a declining level of globalization of the global market, refractory enterprises must take into account various factors in their development strategy. To increase the competitiveness of an enterprise, it is necessary to increase the level of its technical development, taking into account modern achievements (digitalization of production, introduction of robotics and artificial intelligence, the need to invest in infrastructure and logistics, etc.).
